Raw Materials
RPP MT 100
A redispersible binder based on a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer for modifying flexible hydraulic and non-hydraulic curing systems.
RPPVAE kopolimerMFFT 0°C
Intended UseComposite thermal insulation systems, trowelling/adhesive/composite mortars and flexible cement-containing systems.
PackagingStandard 25 kg paper sack with polyethylene liner. Big Bag or silo wagon options are available on request.
ApplicationMay be blended in powder form with dry additives. Because of thermoplastic behaviour, mixing time should be kept short; before application, mix homogeneously with water and allow to stand for approximately 1-5 minutes.
Storage / Shelf LifeStore in a dry place below 25°C and process within six months. Avoid sacks stored under pressure, damaged or left open for extended periods.
Key Features
- White, free-flowing powder; bulk density 450-650 g/l.
- Residual moisture max. 1%; pH 6.0-8.0; minimum film-forming temperature 0°C.
- Improves workability and water retention and reduces water demand.
- Helps increase adhesion, flexibility, freeze-thaw resistance and final strength while reducing cracking and shrinkage.
Application Areas
- Composite thermal insulation systems (CTI/ETICS)
- Adhesive mortars for polystyrene and mineral wool boards
- Flexible cement-containing dry mortars
