Description of the Product: The HI-TECH WP-BM500-2K is a two component, polymer reinforced, bitumen rubber based, elastic waterproofing material.
Areas of Application: Applied horizontally and vertically on all concrete surfaces and floor structures requiring external insulation coating. It is a safe insulation material for foundation, basement curtain walls, terraces, parking lots, flower bed waterproofing works. A safe-to-use product in critical detail solutions as applied without creating joints.
Storage Conditions: Storable for 12 months in unopened original packaging in a dry place at temperatures between 5ºC and 25ºC. Opened packages should be used immediately.
Material Consumption: The recommended dry film thickness;
Pressurized water: 7,0 kg/m² (4mm dry film)
Unpressurized water: 5,3 kg/m² (3mm dry film)
In ground moisture, non-accumulating rain water, curtain concrete: 5,3 kg/m² (3mm dry film)
Note: Average consumption for 1 mm dry thickness is 1.8 kg/m²
Packaging: 30 kg plastic bucket (22 kg bitumen + 8 kg powder).
